Mariasole
HAMBURGER WITH CAULIFLOWER PUREE AND POTATO CHIPS
INGREDIENTS
• BLACK ANGUS IL SOLE HAMBURGER
PUREE
• 1 cauliflower
• salt and pepper
• grain
• milk
• marjoram
POTATO CHIPS
• 1 potato
• 200g of clean green beans
• extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper
• chopped rosemary
CAULIFLOWER PUREE
Clean the cauliflower in order to obtain only the florets. Boil them in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add salt, marjoram, parmesan, black pepper and add milk to taste over low heat, thus obtaining a creamy puree.
POTATO CHIPS
Slice the potatoes very thin with the skin. Flour them and arrange them on a baking sheet. Add chopped rosemary, salt and a pinch of pepper. Brush with oil and bake at 200 ° for 10 minutes. In the pan add the boiled green beans, a clove of garlic, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a drop of water. Cook for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
