INGREDIENTS
• 2 MAXI SPIEDONI
• 2 potatoes
• 3 courgettes
• 3 carrots
• Extra virgin olive oil to taste
• Salt to taste
CHIPS OF VEGETABLES
Cut potatoes, courgettes and carrots into thin slices and season them with oil and salt, divided by variety. Arrange them on a baking sheet and let them dry for 30-40 minutes in the ventilated mode at 150 ° C. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
