CHICKEN LEGS WITH AVOCADO AND TOMATOES SALAD
INGREDIENTS
• IL SOLE CHICKEN LEGS
• datterini tomatoes
• 1 shallot
• 1 avocado
• thyme, rosemary, paprika to taste
• extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper
• parsley
• lemon juice
SALAD OF AVOCADO AND TOMATOES
Wash and slice the datterini tomatoes and the shallot. Season with parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Leave on for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the avocado and cut it into thin slices.
THE CHICKEN LEGS
Put the chicken legs in a baking dish and season them with salt, pepper and 30 g of oil. To flavor it all, add two sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Finally a pinch of paprika. Bake at 180 degrees for about 80 minutes.
