TERIYAKI BUFFALO BURGER
WITH PASTELED VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS
• 1 BUFFALO BURGER
• 2 potatoes
• 3 courgettes
• 3 carrots
PASTELED VEGETABLES
Check the vegetables (courgettes, carrots and peppers) and cut them into thin slices. For the batter: Use cold ingredients for preparation. Pour the 00 flour and the rice flour into a bowl and transfer everything to a container full of ice. Then add the iced sparkling water. Stir to get a lumpy batter. Heat the oil in a wok and let your vegetables fry for ½ minutes. A little salt and a sweet and sour sauce to finish.
BUFFALO BURGER
In a pan, without oil, cook the burger for two minutes on each side. Use the teriyaki sauce while cooking to flavor the meat.
