CHIANINA HAMBURGER WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA, RADISH AND FRENCH FRIES
• 1 CHIANINA HAMBURGER
• 1 buffalo mozzarella
• 1 red radish
Wash the radish and cut it into thin strips.
Then heat a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and stew the vegetables over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Heat another skillet and cook the burger on both sides. With a few hours in advance, remove the buffalo mozzarella from its water and let it rest in a pasta drainer in order to lose excess liquids. Then cut it into slices. To compose everything, place the hamburger on the base of the sandwich. Add a slice of mozzarella on top and top with a tablespoon or two of stewed radish.
Finish the dish with a portion of French fries.
