KEBAB WITH SAUTEED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS
• CHICKEN AND TURKEY PRE-GRILLED KEBAB
• 1 cucumber
• a few mint leaves
• 200ml of Greek yogurt
• 1 eggplant
• 2 courgettes
• 1 pepper
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• salt and pepper
• extra virgin olive oil

TZAZIKI SAUCE
Wash and dry 1 cucumber. Without peeling it, cut it into small pieces and put it in a colander. Mash it with the back of the spoon so that it loses the vegetation water. Wash, dry and chop a few mint leaves. Pour 200ml of Greek yogurt into a bowl, combine the crushed cucumber, salt, pepper and mint. Mix well to mix everything, finally add a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil.

SAUTEED VEGETABLES
Wash and dice 1 eggplant, 2 courgettes, 1 pepper, 1 onion. Brown 1 clove of garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Pour the vegetables into the pan, add salt and pepper, and sauté them for 15 minutes.
