Mariasole
TORTILLAS FILLED WITH PULLED PORK
AND CARAMELIZED ONION
INGREDIENTS
• 650 gr of PULLED PORK
• 8 corn or wheat tortillas
• 400 grams of caramelized
Tropea red onions
• 1 head of radicchio
• pitted olives
• thinly sliced cheese
• mayonnaise to taste
THE FILLING
Put the pulled pork in a large bowl, add the caramelized Tropea red onions and the pitted and chopped olives. Stir mixing the ingredients well. Take an open tortilla, arrange a thin layer of mayonnaise, a few leaves of fresh radicchio and the sliced cheese. In the center of the tortilla, place a few spoonfuls of filling.
HOW TO CLOSE THE TORTILLA
Fold the end towards the center, roll the tortilla like a cannolo and place it on a serving dish. A few minutes before serving the tortillas, heat them in the oven and serve them still hot.
